This plan is for anyone trying to improve their movement and promote optimal health. Included in this plan is a guide to assess your own mobility, see if you are symmetrical and learn how limitations may be impacting you negatively in your workouts. Once you find your specific areas that need improvement you will follow along with specific activities to improve your mobility. Everyone is unique and you will have different areas to target. This is a self guided plan, doing what your bodies needs. Each week there will be a total body follow you can do. The other days are meant to be down to improve your other work outs.
