12 Minute Workouts!

This group is for people having a hard time fitting exercise into their routine. It includes 4, four-week blocks to help build strength and make exercise part of your routine. Each workout is created to be between 12-15 minutes. They may be longer based on the time it takes you to warm up and look through the moves. Each week includes 5 strength workouts, 1 cardio day, and 1 mobility flow. You can repeat each block as much as you like, the goal is to increase the difficulty of the moves each block by adding more weight or doing a harder version of the move.
